About Me

Ashbi Abraham, founder of Enclave. Science-based coaching to manage work stress and burnout.

About Me

I didn’t come into this work waving crystals or relying on blind belief. I viewed concepts like manifestation, positive affirmations, and synchronicities with a healthy dose of doubt.

These terms were often thrown around, wrapped in glossy optimism that felt a bit too neat and easy. Still, a small part of me wondered if there was something real beneath it all.

As it turns out, there is. I’ve manifested things I once thought were out of reach, not through blind faith, but through awareness and deliberate inner work. My turning point wasn’t a perfect affirmation or a lucky coincidence, it was a deeper understanding of how the brain works. That insight changed everything.

Before founding Enclave, I spent years in healthcare and tech as a user experience researcher, collaborating with care providers and IT teams who dedicated themselves to excellence while questioning if it was ever enough. That silent exhaustion beneath the surface of high performers stayed with me. Working across industries, I observed how burnout often hides behind competence.

Somewhere amid that data and dialogue, my enduring fascination with psychology and human behavior began pointing me toward a new path. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and years of dissecting and studying people's stories, I eventually decided to transition into coaching. My practice respects the complexity of the human mind as well as the skepticism many feel about self-development.

This work matters to me because I’ve lived in that space between high performance and quiet overwhelm. In demanding environments, where pausing to listen to yourself can sometimes feel like falling behind and asking for help may feel like a luxury, or worse, a joke.

At Enclave, this understanding shapes what I teach and practice: evidence-based tools to identify limiting beliefs, shift inner narratives, and manifest intentionally. Through a series of sessions, we explore the patterns that shape experiences, habits, beliefs, and nervous system responses, and build systems that support sustainable growth both professionally and personally. There are no shortcuts or one-size-fits-all fixes. This work is for those ready to engage thoughtfully and create change grounded in both science and real experience.

My Values

  • My work is grounded in transparency and mutual respect. I never use high-pressure sales strategies. You always have the space and clarity to make informed choices.

  • People bring different histories, identities, and needs. Your challenges are never reduced to a mindset issue. I adapt my approach to support your specific circumstances.

  • Many groups face ongoing systemic barriers, including Indigenous Peoples, Black People, People of Colour, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and those living with chronic illness. I am committed to continual growth in allyship and understanding.

  • I recognize the impact of personal and intergenerational trauma. My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I meet clients where they are and prioritise integrity and sensitivity.

About Enclave

It symbolizes an inner sanctuary, an intentional space untouched by external applause or criticism, where your values and truths have room to breathe. Here, your inner compass points toward what genuinely matters, guiding decisions that feel both aligned and alive.

But this isn’t just about turning inward. What begins as finding your own footing ripples outward, influencing your work, your relationships, and how you show up in the world. The more deeply you understand yourself, the more clearly you see others, and the more your goals expand beyond personal gain.

The approach invites befriending fear, normalising visions, and manifesting with intention. It’s about cultivating
eudaimonic well-being, one that drives you to create meaningful value worth sharing.
